This role is known internally as Supervisor TIS Customer Information System.
What You Will Do:
Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team responsible for the operational support and delivery oversight of a large enterprise systems portfolio.
Provide technical and functional leadership for Customer Information Systems, cloud platforms, integrations, reporting technologies, and related applications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing application landscapes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery of services, support, and technology solutions.
Oversee the planning, execution, and support of complex system changes while ensuring compliance with governance, release management, and testing processes.
Lead the development and execution of business continuity, disaster recovery, monitoring, and support practices for enterprise applications.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Who You Are:
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years experience of supporting large-scale enterprise application environments, including cloud-based technologies.
Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes and systems, including Customer Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Work Management domains.
Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based applications using modern cloud integration tools and technologies.
Advanced understanding of ITIL processes, with a strong focus on incident, change, release, and testing management practices.
Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical operations or application support teams within a large enterprise environment.
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment.
Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required to support critical business needs, project deadlines, or production activities.
Frequent travel to other Enbridge locations for meetings.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary Ranges from $114,800 to $160,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
