Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
Develop detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
Maintain an organized backlog of planned maintenance work (2–4 weeks).
Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime.
Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are current, effective, and properly documented.
Verify parts availability and coordinate with the storeroom and purchasing.
Maintain accurate equipment records, asset structures, and maintenance data in CMMS.
Track and support maintenance performance metrics including PM compliance and schedule adherence.
Support reliability improvements by identifying maintenance gaps and failure trends.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards including LOTO and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred experience using a CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, or similar)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Experience in automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing
Previous maintenance planning or maintenance lead experience
Associate degree or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field
Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance
Experience supporting reliability or continuous improvement initiatives
Education:
Associate degree or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
Combination of office and production floor environment
Frequent interaction with maintenance and production teams
Ability to walk production floor regularly
