Who we are looking for
The Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) Vice President – Resiliency Governance and Program Operations works within the ERO Governance and Reporting team with a reporting line to the Chief of Staff. The group provides operational, strategic, and administrative support to Enterprise Resiliency Office leadership. The team enables effective execution of budget and headcount controls, operating model activities, organizational documentation, goals and OKRs, program reporting, governance oversight, and staffing support to help the function run efficiently and align to strategic priorities.

This position includes the ERO Business Continuity Director role which is responsible for helping to ensure resiliency by identifying critical business impacts, maintaining business continuity plans, and defining recovery strategies. The role oversees impact assessments, dependency mapping, plans and tests to help the organization effectively respond to and recover from disruptions.
What you will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities Summary
Oversee the business continuity and resiliency execution for the Enterprise Resiliency organization as a function (serve as business continuity director and functional area lead)
Responsibility for Enterprise Resiliency Monthly Business Review (MBR) senior management dashboard, including OKRs, roadmaps, and performance tracking, providing regular status updates to senior leadership
Coordinate departmental documentation storage
Work with Chief of Staff on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount/hiring planning
Coordinate regulatory, audit, and governance committee program activity and materials requests
Oversee ERO vendor management, procurement, and third-party coordination
Lead various strategic initiatives and special projects, as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in risk, business continuity or operational resilience, or related area
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Financial services experience preferred.
Work Requirement
Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $181,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
