Main tasks:
- Lead Finance requirements and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives with a focus on Financial Steering, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger and Product Costing
- Drive global Finance transformation projects across SAP, Power BI, CCH Tagetik and related reporting solutions
- Analyze Finance processes, reporting structures and system dependencies and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, Process Owners, IT teams and external implementation partners
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across Finance processes, KPIs, data and reporting
- Ensure consistent reporting structures, data definitions and KPIs across source systems and Finance platforms
- Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation and optimizatio
Your qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, SAP projects or Business Process Management
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance, Controlling and reporting processes
- Knowledge of Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, Product Costing and Financial Steering
- Experience with Power BI, CCH Tagetik or comparable reporting, planning, consolidation or analytics solutions
- Proven experience managing complex international projects and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
