We’re looking for a CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to help retailers unlock growth through customer-centric strategies, data-driven insights, and personalized customer engagement. You will partner closely with client CRM and Marketing teams to understand business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and develop customer engagement strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term customer value.
In this role, you will translate customer insights, segmentation, propensity models, and predictive analytics into actionable communication plans and personalized experiences across multiple touchpoints, including app, email, SMS, push notifications, retail media, and in-store channels.
You will lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations that improve customer engagement, frequency, basket size, retention, and lifetime value.
Additionally, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, support the successful delivery of customer engagement programs, and help identify opportunities to expand dunnhumby’s customer engagement capabilities within the assigned client.
What we expect from you
- Experience in CRM strategy development, planning and execution
- Utilize customer engagement tools and outputs from our data science team to drive insightful recommendations to the retailer (Campaign management)
- Strong stakeholder skills, participate in delivery of recommendations to the retailer, identifying and positioning correct solutions to meet client needs and maximize client satisfaction
- Campaign measurement and evaluation
- Strong knowledge of test & learn methodologies
- Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Retail Media ecosystems is a plus
