  • Partner with Finance, Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A), business workstreams, and initiative owners to validate business case assumptions, financial impacts, value baselines, forecast updates, realized benefits, and accountability for results.

  • Oversee portfolio value tracking and reporting processes to ensure value delivery, forecast performance, business case assumptions, and benefit realization are accurately measured, monitored, and communicated to stakeholders.

  • Identify, assess, and communicate value gaps, forecast variances, business case risks, and realization challenges that may impact portfolio commitments, investment outcomes, or prioritization decisions.

  • Provide decision-support analysis and recommendations to portfolio leadership regarding initiative prioritization, sequencing, acceleration, pause, continuation, or reallocation decisions to optimize portfolio value and business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain value management controls, standards, methodologies, and reporting practices that enhance transparency, consistency, accountability, and confidence in portfolio value reporting.

  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to professional staff and cross-functional stakeholders on value tracking, business case evaluation, forecasting methodologies, benefits realization practices, and portfolio value management expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Operations, or a related field required.

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in business planning, finance, value management, benefit realization, business case development, portfolio management, project governance, or a related field required.

  • Proven experience in financial forecasting, business planning, and scenario modeling in related industries is preferred.

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications is required, with priority on Excel. Power BI experience is a plus.
