In this role, you will shape and drive the enterprise technology strategy, translating business objectives into an actionable technology roadmap. You will lead strategic planning cycles, portfolio prioritization, and investment governance across Enterprise Technology & Operations, partnering with senior leaders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. Your leadership will be critical in aligning strategy, financials, and execution across the technology organization.Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy Development: Define, document, and maintain the multi-year enterprise technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate growth, M&A, and operating model objectives.
Strategic Planning & Governance: Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including demand intake, portfolio prioritization, capacity alignment, and investment approval processes.
Financial Analysis & Value Realization: Partner with Finance to build business cases, model CapEx/OpEx and EBITDA versus non-EBITDA impacts, and track realized benefits against committed cost savings and productivity targets.
Executive Reporting: Develop, maintain, and deliver board-ready strategy materials, portfolio dashboards, and operational metrics that support decision-making by senior technology and business leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and external stakeholders (Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and key vendors) to align strategy with delivery capability.
Market & Technology Insight: Analyze industry, competitive, and emerging technology trends (including AI and automation) and translate findings into recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Vendor & Sourcing Strategy: Support supplier evaluation, sourcing strategy, and vendor rationalization efforts, providing analysis that informs partner selection and contract decisions.
Standards & Best Practices: Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for strategic planning, business case development, and portfolio reporting.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage (directly or indirectly) analysts and program teammates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, IT portfolio management, management consulting, or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience leading strategic planning and prioritization for large, complex technology portfolios.
Strong understanding of technology operating models, software development methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated experience building business cases and managing technology financials, including cost savings tracking and benefit realization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Passionate about continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Technical Skills
Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Power BI skills and/or other data visualization tools
Working knowledge of portfolio and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Planview, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud economics and FinOps concepts
