Behind our work is a community of 50M+ travellers and a network of 500+ world-class creators, filmmakers and storytellers across the globe.
Human creativity and authentic storytelling come first. Always. Technology is how we scale them.
THE ROLE
The Middle East is Beautiful Destinations’ largest market. As our senior creative authority in the region, you’ll turn ambitious briefs from tourism boards, hotel groups and government entities into ideas people want to watch, share and act on. You’ll conceive the concept, write the treatment and sell the vision directly to CMO-level clients, then shape the visual language from first thought to final frame.
Working with our creators and producers on the ground, you’ll hold the creative bar across everything we ship, from flagship campaign films to vertical content, stills and whatever format comes next. You’ll use AI to push the thinking further, explore more creative directions and get stronger ideas in front of clients faster, but the taste, judgement and originality behind the work will be unmistakably human.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conceive original campaign platforms and write compelling treatments for some of the Middle East's most ambitious tourism, hospitality and government brands.
- Present, sell and defend creative thinking directly to CMO-level clients, bringing clarity, conviction and a strong point of view.
- Lead the thinking across major regional opportunities, from the first insight and concept through to narrative, treatment and visual world.
- Direct creators, filmmakers and production teams on flagship work, making the creative calls that protect and elevate the idea on the ground.
- Hold creative quality across campaign films, social, vertical, stills and emerging formats, giving clear feedback that makes good work exceptional.
- Define the creative principles and guardrails for key clients so creators and teams can move faster without diluting the brand or the idea.
- Make AI image and video tools part of your everyday creative process to explore more directions, visualise ideas earlier and put stronger thinking in front of clients faster, without compromising originality, craft or authenticity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years developing campaign ideas and treatments, with standout work you can point to and say, that thinking was mine.
- You've presented ambitious creative to senior clients, handled challenge, built confidence in the idea and won people over without watering the work down.
- You've created campaigns across travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury, government or similarly high-expectation brands, and can talk about the impact, not just show us the film.
- You've directed creators, photographers, filmmakers or production teams on real shoots and know how to protect a great idea when reality inevitably intervenes.
- You instinctively understand that a cinematic filmmaker, social-first storyteller and personality-led creator need different briefs, different direction and different conditions to produce their best work.
- You already use AI image and video tools to explore, visualise and iterate. We won't ask whether you're comfortable with AI. We'll ask you to show us how it's made your creative process better.
- GCC experience, cultural fluency and an existing feel for the region would be valuable. If you don't have it but you're serious about relocating, building that understanding and making the Middle East home, we'd still like to hear from you.
