H2B Food & Beverage worker

Description

We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented F&B worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and accepting payments for all Food and Beverage facilities the hotel offers. The candidate will also be responsible for escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at counters, setting up and clearing tables, setting up banquet events, or operating a cash register. The ideal candidate should be able to check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their food and drink orders

• Serve food and beverages to guests

• Prepare itemized checks and accept payments

• Escort guests to tables and serve customers seated at counters

• Set up and clear tables

• Set up banquet events

• Operate a cash register

• Check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol

• Provide guests with the highest quality of service efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift to 25 pounds
