What You'll Do

As an Intern, you'll work closely with team members and business leaders while gaining exposure to day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities may vary based on department assignment but can include:

• Assisting with projects, research, and operational activities within your assigned department.
• Supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project goals.
• Learning and utilizing company systems, tools, and processes.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and project deliverables.
• Organizing and maintaining project information, records, and documentation.
• Developing an understanding of BlueScope products, services, and business operations.
• Demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
