We invite applications from qualifying candidates to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. LSEG's Content Analysts play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

 

Required Day to Day Responsibilities

  • This role is required to handle Officers & Directors (O&D) process by collecting and maintaining information regarding C-level executives and board members with focus on China and Taiwan market

  • Process data and apply in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge to add value

  • Take ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness

  • Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients

  • Support new projects to create and maintain content

  • Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems

  • Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers

  • Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness and automation

  • Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process

  • Use appropriate language skills to understand, source financial information, and build relationships with overseas market contacts

  • Document, maintain, and adhere to established policies, procedures, work processes, and current data management requirements.

  • Backup other analysts in the team during their absence

Required Skills (Must Have)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Professional working level in Mandarin as the role requires data collection in this language on daily basis

  • Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements is desirable

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
