JOB PURPOSE
  • Design and maintain the basic compensation and benefits policies as the organization manages its personnel expenses, internal equity and external competitiveness

  • Work closely with the top management, support decisions and provide the evidence for discussions within business units

  • Be part of other HR and departmental processes to ensure the entire organization receives the right C&B guidelines and support


MAIN DUTIES

  • Provide the set of different compensation and benefits policies and advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines

  • Design and maintain the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values

  • Develop and review compensation and rewards strategies to attract and retain talent

  • Perform salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness

  • Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management and line managers

  • Provide support and training to management and line managers as required

  • Lead different HR Projects (focusing on but not limited to C&B area)

  • Manage, lead and develop the C&B Team

  • Participate in and/or lead projects focusing on company’s directions

  • Acts as the positive team member of the HR Management Team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or a similar role

  • Expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements related to employee rewards

  • Strong logical-thinking, analytical and data management skills

  • Proficiency in using compensation and HRIS systems to analyze data and generate reports (Workday will be a big plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • English communication and presentation skills
