High Net Worth (HNW) Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven High Net Worth (HNW) Producers to join a growing Private Client Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with true HNW clients, including those with family office backgrounds, and to contribute to the expansion of a specialized and thriving department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling and closing HNW business, with a deep understanding of private client needs.
Compensation Package
- Competitive Salary: Flexible and tailored to attract top talent.
- Validation Period: Typically 2 years, extendable to 3 years for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, sell, and close HNW business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients, including those with family office backgrounds.
- Collaborate with a dedicated service staff to ensure seamless client support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the Private Client Division.
- Attend occasional in-person meetings or events as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: CPRIA and P&C licenses required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HNW sales, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business with account sizes averaging $1,000–$10,000 in revenue.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when working with HNW clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus.
