Overview
The General Manager will report to the Chief Business Officer, APAC, Middle East & Latin America, and lead SodaStream Australia through its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance of the Australian business with full P&L accountability.
- Define and execute growth strategies to accelerate revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Provide commercial leadership across Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce while partnering closely with Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Cylinder operations.
- Drive organisational effectiveness, operational excellence, and a culture of agility, ownership, innovation and fun.
- Identify new growth opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and expand consumer adoption through creating genuine customer-lifetime-value.
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive, respectful and growth-oriented culture.
- Leverage data, analytics, and consumer insights to inform decision-making and optimise business performance.
- Partner across the organisation to deliver cross-functional initiatives and unlock sustainable growth.
- Champion SodaStream's purpose-led mission and sustainability agenda while driving business success.
Qualifications
- Proven General Management experience leading a market or business of similar scale and complexity.
- Demonstrated success in delivering significant business growth and commercial transformation.
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organisations.
- Strong Sales and Marketing leadership background.
- Deep understanding of the Australian consumer and retail landscape.
- FMCG preferred, with experience in consumer goods, retail, home appliances, or related industries.
- Strong digital marketing and eCommerce capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and execution.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Passion for building brands, leading people, and creating positive consumer and environmental impact.
- Fluent English.
