Fraud Community Support Representative

Role Summary

The Fraud Community Support Representative is responsible for handling fraud-related queries and cases from the global contributor community, helping maintain a safe and trustworthy environment across all OneForma projects.

This role investigates suspected fraud or abuse, communicates clearly with users, and applies internal policies and procedures consistently while working closely with Community Support and other stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle fraud-related tickets and cases in Dynamics and internal tools, providing clear, timely, and accurate responses to contributors.
  • Review suspicious accounts, patterns, and activities, including KYC results, multiple accounts, and unusual behavior, and decide on appropriate actions based on internal guidelines.
  • Apply account-level actions such as warnings, temporary holds, and deactivations when needed, documenting decisions and rationale clearly.
  • Collaborate with Community Support, Recruitment, Project teams, and other stakeholders to clarify cases and escalate complex issues.
  • Contribute to improving fraud workflows, macros, and documentation by flagging recurring issues, gaps, and edge cases.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills with a clear, professional tone in contributor interactions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines while using sound judgment in ambiguous cases.
  • Comfortable working with multiple tools, including Dynamics, internal platforms, and KYC tools, and learning new systems quickly.
  • Experience in customer support, community support, operations, or trust and safety / fraud review is a plus, especially in a crowdsourced or freelance environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a steady ticket volume, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
