Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands active involvement in aligning software solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing products. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and steering the team towards successful project completion while balancing multiple priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their practical application in software development environments.
- Experience in leading software architecture design and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining focus on delivery timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to address complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
