Job Description:
Position: Device Engineer (GaN)
Report to: Director, GaN Products
Location: Chengdu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build wafer level GaN measurement capabilities.
- Perform wafer level device characterizations, including DC/Pulsed/CV measurements.
- Perform wafer level stress tests and accelerated rel. Tests.
- Perform data analysis including device physics modeling/extraction and statistical analysis.
- Asist in device modeling.
- Work cross functional team with PE, TE and RE, offering device level guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- M.S. Degree or higher, majoring in microelectronics.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, device physics, modeling, design and fabrication.
- Hands on experience in semiconductor device characterization.
- Good math and physics foundations. Eager to learn. Have a strong sense of urgency.
- Familiar with coding (equipment control/automation, python, AI agent assisted coding).
