Position Overview:
As an Engineering Technician, you will assist in field and laboratory testing, data collection, and reporting for geotechnical and soil engineering projects. No prior experience is required—our team will provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you build a rewarding career in civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Field Testing & Inspections:
- Conduct on-site soil, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt testing following industry standards.
- Assist in soil sampling, compaction testing, and foundation inspections.
- Work with project engineers and clients to ensure compliance with specifications.

Laboratory Testing & Data Collection:
- Perform basic lab tests on soil, aggregate, and construction materials.
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.

Technical & Documentation Support:
- Assist in preparing field reports, logs, and documentation.
- Enter data into company systems and support engineers with analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.

Team Collaboration & Career Growth:
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other technicians.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Explore career growth opportunities into advanced technician, field supervisor, or engineering roles.
Qualifications & Skills:

✅ High school diploma or GED (technical training a plus)
✅ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
✅ Basic math and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Comfortable lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
