Internship: Audit, Risk & Compliance Operations Analyst (non-thesis)
Gain working experience in a globally operating Health Technology company by being a part of a team within Philips Internal Audit (PIA) that helps to realize the strategy by providing Philips leadership with independent insights and comfort on Philips performance and risks through a Global Team consisting of 40 colleagues globally. The team (Global Support Operations/GSO) you will be part of provides data-driven insights to make better decisions, drives operational excellence and coordinates team collaboration. We are looking for a candidate who is striving to deliver Best-In-Class results and has a flexible and customer-oriented attitude.
Your role:
Supporting the leadership team in the decision-making process by conducting insight generating analysis
Being responsible for a dedicated departmental support process
Supporting the day-to-day activities of the GSO which are ever-changing as a result of a dynamic environment and continuous improvement ambition.
You're the right fit if:
You are currently studying a Master (WO) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field
Strong skills and an open and global oriented work mentality
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management, previous internship experience in an international organization is an advantage
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level. If you need to relocate to The Netherlands specifically for the internship there will be a different allowance. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (one way). Afterwards, you need to provide the rental contract from your (new) landlord.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport (OV chipkaart - student travel product); you can receive max. €192,- net depending on your location. Paid holidays per internship term.
