Overview
D&D Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to run residential installation jobs from start to finish. This is a hands-on lead role — you'll perform the work, direct a helper or apprentice, and own the quality and completion of every job you're assigned. - Perform installations in compliance with all applicable state and local plumbing codes and permit requirements
- Coordinate with the office and Field Operations Manager on scheduling, material needs, change orders, and job status
- Communicate professionally with homeowners — explain the work, set expectations on timeline and disruption, and walk the customer through the completed installation
- Complete all required documentation, photos, and job close-out paperwork in the field before leaving the site
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized, and working condition
- Identify and communicate additional service or repair opportunities observed on site
- Uphold all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE and job site protection of customer property
Requirements

- Ability to read work orders, scopes, and basic plans
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and professional appearance
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation and photos
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawl spaces and attics, and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
