To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Technician located in Aguascalientes

Provide technical and operational support to the manufacturing area to ensure the proper execution of production processes, adherence to work standards, continuous improvement, material control in supermarkets, and optimal production line performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide direct support to production lines during daily operations.
• Verify that processes are executed in accordance with work instructions, manufacturing sheets, and established standards.
• Identify process deviations and promptly escalate issues affecting quality, productivity, safety, or delivery.
• Assist with model changes, line start-ups, process validations, and production releases.
• Support the standardization of best practices across production lines.
• Verify that documentation is available and updated on the productive lines and understandable for operators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement regarding workstations, layout, material handling, and operating methods.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• High school diploma
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing; Lean Manufacturing, 5S, supermarket systems, material flow, and problem-solving. Basic Excel proficiency, use of email.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and cover weekends.
• Skills: analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, sense of urgency, organization, proactivity, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Use of tools
