What We're Looking For
- Proven Executive Leadership: Track record as a General Manager, Assistant GM, or Clubhouse Manager at a luxury private club, boutique resort, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Visionary & Hands-On Style: A vibrant, engaging presence who thrives on active member interaction, mentorship, and fostering team excellence across all service touchpoints.
- Elevated F&B & Lifestyle Innovation: Passion for cutting-edge culinary concepts, bespoke event design, and creating unforgettable dining experiences within recently revamped facilities.
- Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in P&L oversight, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Board & Governance Synergy: Demonstrated success working strategically with a Board of Directors or ownership group to align vision and operational execution.
- Golf & Outdoor Operations: Working knowledge of golf course management and agronomy operations is a distinct plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
