At SC Johnson (SCJ), we’re looking for high-potential, analytically strong graduates to join our talent pool for upcoming Supply Planning Analyst opportunities within our APAC Supply Chain team.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. You will:

• Drive inventory planning and optimization across distribution centers

• Manage replenishment and deployment planning using data insights

• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams

• Monitor and resolve stock issues, supply gaps, and performance risks

• Support new product launches and product transitions

• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain decision-making

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking exceptional fresh graduates who bring strong fundamentals and growth potential:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas)

• Curious, proactive, and results-driven mindset

• Strong communication and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Internship or project experience in supply chain is a plus

• Open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements
