What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee operations across approximately 67 diverse parking locations in the Milwaukee market, including event venues, mixed-use properties, office buildings, and unique sites such as boat launches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and client retention, which is critical to sustaining the company’s 85% market share in Milwaukee.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly expanding municipal parking operations, with financial incentives tied to increasing net operating income (NOI).
• Act as a hands-on leader who is actively present in the field, supporting on-site teams at major venues like American Family Field and the Wisconsin State Fair to ensure operational excellence and client expectations are met.
• Champion the adoption and integration of evolving parking technology platforms, balancing traditional systems with new proprietary solutions to enhance the customer and operational experience.
