Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a established independent agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a new initiative focused on personal lines, with an optional emphasis on high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-based sales and have a proven track record in personal lines sales, whether in standard or HNW markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in personal lines, with an optional focus on high-net-worth clients.
• Leverage existing commercial relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain an external focus on business development activities to grow the agency's personal lines portfolio.
