Overview
The Donated Goods Associate supports store operations by handling all aspects of donated goods from intake to sale. Responsibilities include receiving and sorting donations, determining quality and pricing items, merchandising on the sales floor, and providing customer service at the register. The position requires rotating between donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashiering based on daily needs. Must provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, follow safety standards, and meet production goals. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
