Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including HRSD module expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in platform configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP API integrations. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, system testing, deployment, and providing subject matter expertise. Candidates should be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including HRSD module. Hands on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. Must be an expert in Technical expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, ITSM , Document Management and HR Service Management. Experience in all phases of the HR ServiceNow implementation cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, unit-test, system test and deployment. Hands-on experience in Version upgrade and Production support. Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools. Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas. Willing to work in shifts. Having ServiceNow Admin certification will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in the following areas : Application Development Security Dashboards and Reporting Integration ITSM HRSD CMDB ITBM
