Overview
As a School Age Educator, you will plan and deliver engaging, child-centered programs for children aged 4–12, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. You'll maintain supervision, follow YMCA policies and regulatory requirements, and foster inclusive environments. This role involves before and after-school shifts, occasional full-day coverage, and supporting up to six school locations. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children, hold valid certifications, and are enrolled in or completed Early Childhood Education or related fields.
