Cost Accounting Sr. Manager | F&B

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee cost accounting functions, including product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting for the business.
• Manage product costing activities, ensuring accurate costing of raw materials, production costs, and finished goods to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Conduct cost, margin (CM), and yield analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and profitability enhancement.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance.
• Drive improvements in cost accounting processes, systems, and controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency through SAP and other financial tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in cost accounting, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in product costing, cost analysis, inventory management, and manufacturing finance processes.
• Proficient in SAP, with experience in cost accounting modules, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
