Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 annually
- Candidates with stronger experience may qualify for the higher end of the range.
- Comprehensive benefits package available.
Responsibilities
- Process endorsements and driver changes.
- Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews.
- Provide general account servicing support.
- Assist with Employee Benefits servicing as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an independent agency.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Life & Health License preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
