The Role

As an Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from identifying opportunities and engaging with decision-makers to presenting tailored solutions and securing new business.

Working with businesses of all sizes, you'll help clients navigate the energy market and identify opportunities to optimise their utility contracts while providing a consultative, customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct energy and utility reviews for prospective clients
• Present tailored solutions based on client requirements
• Negotiate and secure new contracts
• Manage your own sales pipeline and opportunities
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous B2B sales, energy consultancy, utility sales, or account management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional and consultative approach to sales
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable but not essential
