Overview
As a Contingent Retail Associate, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences in Fossil stores on a flexible, as-needed basis. You'll assist customers in discovering Fossil's product assortment, support store operations during peak periods and special events, and help maintain brand standards. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability to flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and the ability to stand for extended periods. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
