We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support our clients and staff. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The BHT is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Schedule: Part Time 1st or 2nd shift
Hourly Rate: $15/hour (before shift differential)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete the intake process with new clients into program
- Maintains client documentation
- Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
- Coordination of client activities
- Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
- Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
- Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
- Assists with the dietary needs of clients
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma required
