MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUSINESS MANAGER: Preparing the building site • Become familiar with the building site (kick-off meeting, contractual documents, technical execution file, site visit, QHSE guidelines, etc.). • Schedule and coordinate the works to be carried out. • Propose operating procedure options, alternatives and optimizations. • Identify the necessary human and material resources. • Act as a source of proposals for defining preventive measures to be implemented throughout the building site project. • Prepare the remote site (sanitary facilities, etc.). • Complete the supplies. Managing the building site • Pass on the guidelines to the personnel involved (organization, implementation deadlines, use of equipment). • Organize the procurement of equipment, supplies, materials, the locations of machinery and the storage areas. • Schedule the activity and resources, and assign the tasks to personnel. • Ensure compliance with, and transmission of, QHSE procedures, rules and preventive measures. • Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures. • Draw up and implement the QHSE action plan (preventive, corrective). • Ensure the provision of PPE on the building site. • Ensure the follow-up of the schedule (lead times, worktime budget). • Verify the compliance of the construction execution (by internal employees, sub-contractors, service providers, etc.) in line with the construction documents. • Establish and/or validate the administrative files (time entries, transfer slip, work permit, other permits, etc.) and the job reports, appraisals, etc. • Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team. • Provide technical support to operative personnel. • Perform the actions required to resolve deviations (including the obtaining of the works completion certificate). • Take part in the reception of the installation with the client (OPR - operations prior to reception). • Take part in the experience feedback sessions. • Communicate with local residents and/or other companies on the building site. Managing the teams • Welcome newcomers (employees, temporary workers). • Manage a team (lead, delegate, refocus, congratulate, motivate). • Ensure the skills transfer within the team. • Conduct or help to conduct the individual and/or professional appraisal interviews. JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION Occupational diploma FIELDS OF STUDY: - REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: - JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL All personnel within your scope - Business manager - Works supervisor - Engineering consultants - Purchasing personnel - Production manager EXTERNAL: Service providers - Suppliers - Clients - Local residents

Votre profil :

Formations

• CAP Électricien ou Bac Pro MELEC.

• BTS Électrotechnique souhaité.

• Habilitations électriques à jour (B1V / H0V minimum).

Compétences techniques

• Compétences en pilotage de chantier : organisation, priorisation et gestion des ressources.

• Maîtrise des installations électriques tertiaires

• Leadership terrain, autonomie, rigueur et excellente communication professionnelle.

Expériences

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en électricité tertiaire (installation, rénovation ou mise en service).

• Expérience dans l’encadrement d’équipes, la coordination d’intervenants et la gestion de chantiers.

Qualités personnelles

• Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.

• Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et respect strict des règles de sécurité.
