Job Descriptions:
- Execute the drawdown process, including but not limited to managing documentation and approvals needed to support the company’s cashflow.
- Assist in the end-to-end process of acquiring new financial partners
- Handle administrative tasks for potential and ongoing partnerships
- Maintain alignment between internal teams and financial partners
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external compliance requirements in financing activities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new financial partners, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Preferably has prior experience or exposure in funding/financing-related activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial partners' needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheet and other g-suites platforms (Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Gmail)
