What You’ll Learn:

• How to deal and officiate assigned table games with confidence and accuracy.
• Master the pace of the game while creating a welcoming experience for players.
• Build skills in guest interaction, game integrity, and maintaining a lively gaming atmosphere.
• Understand gaming rules, regulations, and department procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• ​A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Eligibility to obtain a State of Connecticut gaming license.

No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need to become a successful dealer. To sweeten the pot, the training will be of no cost to you! Graduates of our program will be prepared to audition for exciting roles in high-volume casino environments.

What You Need to Know?

• Interviews will be held on a date to be determined in May 2026
• Training will be 10 weeks long and held every week from Tuesday through Saturday
• Morning, afternoon, and evening classes available
• You will train for 3 hours each day
• After graduation and audition, you may start your exciting career in Table Games at Mohegan Sun.
• Dealers will begin working shifts on an On-Call Status working weekends and holidays to begin
