  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical care, education, research, and quality improvement initiatives within the Division and Department.

  • Instruct and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and educational settings; provide coaching appropriate to the learner’s level and evaluate learner performance.

  • Participate in departmental, divisional, and institutional meetings, seminars, and faculty activities as permitted by clinical and academic responsibilities.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

  • Engage in scholarly activity, research, and quality improvement efforts aligned with the missions of the department and division, which may include clinical trials or investigator initiated studies.
