Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

The Production Operator is responsible for making quality roof shingles in a high-speed manufacturing plant. The position requires a commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and reliability. 

• Safely operate machinery on a high-speed manufacturing line.
• Ensure raw materials are fed properly.
• Resolve line stoppages.
• Clear equipment jams..
• Ensure the quality of the finished product meets IKO standards.
• Ensure the product is properly prepared for shipment.
• 8-hour rotating shifts are currently available.
• Overtime work may be required based upon business demands.
• Criminal background checks and drug screen required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in U.S.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.
