Our client is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for its Miami office.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in business transactions and tax and probate
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (proficiency in French is a plus)
- Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
- Proactive work style
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document‑management systems (Filesite experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, proofread, and revise documents for attorneys
- Schedule travel and appointments; maintain calendars
- Maintain files and records
- Submit new‑business/matter‑opening paperwork and conflict requests
- Enter time and assist with client billing
- Provide support to other assistants and attorneys as needed
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as experience and skill set; the listed range is only one component of our client’s total compensation package.
