Attending to providers’ and members’ queries.
• Payments of service providers and member claims.
• Attending to providers’ and members’ queries.
• Processing payments and receipts into Dynamics.
• Bank, Reconciliations.
• Commission Reconciliations.
• Creditors and Debtors Reconciliation
• Petty cash administration
• Preparation of weekly projection
Duties (Cell Insurance Intern position)
Maintenance of cashbook
- Maintenance of cashbook
- Carries out Data capturing of receipts and payments accurately
- Carries out Claims capturing and payments
Petty cash administration
- Disburses petty cash and fuel coupons. Accounts for petty cash and fuel coupons
Banking and Cash handling
- Ensures receipting of cash and cheques, reconciles bank statements
- Ensures all receipts are banked on time, prepares daily cash flows
Creditors’ payment
- Reconciles creditors statements before payment
- Ensure that creditors are paid the last day of the month
- Ensures all necessary documents are available before making payment
