Sales Executive

The Seafrigo Group is an expert in the field of food logistics (sea freight, perishable air freight, warehousing, road transport, container drayage). This role’s primary purpose is to add NEW logos to Seafrigo’s customer list in Egypt.

This is an outdoor client management role that is measured on:

• Monthly Revenue generation from NEW clients
• Monthly GP/ Profit Generation (3.5x)
• prospecting, visiting and landing NEW business (Export Mainly)
• Weekly Sales Plan & CRM updates
• Collection of overdues – from credit clients if applicable

Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting prospecting / cold calling a client list within the above verticals.
• Developing or landing clients from a transactional relationship to a strategic alliance that maps key stakeholders, end-to-end logistics needs, including airlines, regulatory authorities & pain points – ultimately expanding our share of wallet and sincerely adding value to clients supply chain.
• Promoting the Seafrigo Group brand and advocating for our services within the logistics space, particularly among airlines and airport authorities.
• Getting close to your customer base, helping them grow within the sector by identifying new market trends and opportunities for service expansion.

Key Competencies:

• Industry Passion: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the perishables and food sector, with established connections and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
• Proven Experience: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in perishables logistics with a particular client base in airfreight & Sea freight, with demonstrated expertise in navigating the complexities of the Cold Chain and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of temperature-sensitive goods. Experience in Export is Mandato!
• Self-Driven: The successful candidate will be mature, self-motivated, and capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision. They should possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of initiative in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth.
