Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.

We are looking for a talented Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll help manage the daily operations of our spa and treatment rooms while delivering a range of high‑quality services, including massage, skincare, and body treatments. You’ll also support reservations, reception tasks, and the upkeep of our wellness areas. Your goal will be to create an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

What you will do?

• Provide high‑quality massage, skincare, and body treatments that meet our service standards.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sufficient supplies.
• Welcome members and guests, offer amenities, and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience throughout their visit.
• Monitor product usage, request stock as needed, and keep equipment in safe working condition.
• Keep your skills updated and participate in required training.
• Collaborate with therapists and wellness hosts to deliver seamless daily operations.
• Promote and recommend wellness treatments, services, and products.
• Support general wellness operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a therapist in a luxury spa, wellness center, or similar environment.
• Professional training and certification in massage therapy, anatomy & physiology, and beauty therapy.
• Strong customer‑care skills, professionalism, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience.
• High grooming standards, attention to detail, and understanding of safety and hygiene procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and comfort using basic computer systems.
• A proactive, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
