Senior Manager Resource Planning

Own end-to-end PL1 resource planning across Assembly to Test operations. Manage PL1 VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and Min/Max planning, ensuring accuracy and timely execution to support mid- to long-term module and segment growth, in alignment with PL1 strategy. Drive weekly short-term capacity (PP) planning to meet delivery commitments, division demand fulfillment, and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Quality Management, and Industrial Engineering to ensure delivery stability, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of company KPIs. Apply strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex challenges related to capacity optimization, resource utilization, and business demand fulfillment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 10+ years in planning roles and 3-5 years leading medium-sized teams. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to lead multi-level planning teams to meet organizational expectations and KPIs Ability to lead cross-functional projects to drive overall productivity and profitable growth.
