Description
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead / IT Project Manager to establish and manage the Project Management Office, oversee IT and business projects, and ensure governance, standardization, and smooth execution across internal teams and external vendors. The role includes PMO setup, project governance, IT support oversight, budget management, contract renewals, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, drive process improvements, and enable efficient project delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish and manage the PMO, including defining vision, mission, and scope.
- Develop, implement, and maintain PMO processes, standards, methodologies, and templates.
- Manage in-house and vendor-driven IT projects end-to-end.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
- Coordinate task assignment, track progress, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Establish project governance ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance.
- Manage the project portfolio, track performance, and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
- Coordinate resource allocation and resolve resource conflicts.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or development programs.
- Develop and implement structured risk management and mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of project issues.
- Manage IT support operations, contracts, and license renewals (applications such as MS Teams, Manage Engine, Zoom, Oracle HRMS, etc.).

- Experience supporting IT audit readiness and compliance documentation.
- Vendor management exposure, including coordination with telecom providers.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional project reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–6 years of project management or PMO experience.
- 2–4 years’ experience working with any ERP system.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and IT processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
