Currently, we are bidding for Bridge projects across Bangladesh. The position of Senior Bridge Engineer )Extradosed Bridge) is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties
- Review and verify designs specific to extra-dosed systems including cable layout, tower geometry, and load distribution.
- Supervise installation of stay cables, anchorages, and tensioning to ensure precision and safety.
- Provide expert input during deck launching, segment erection, and cantilever construction stages.
- Ensure high-grade materials are used for pylons, stay cables, bearings, and deck components; maintain stringent quality checks.
- Bridge the gap between design consultants and site engineers to mitigate construction risks and optimize performance.
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, post-graduate degree preferred.
- Min.18 years of professional experience.
- Min.12 years of experience as bridge design specialist/ design engineer in ICB/ EPC/ Design-Build contract.
- Experience of one Extra-dosed bridge not less than 500m
