Early Years - Level 3 Role

EYFS Role - Level 3 Qualification - Gloucester At Long-Term Teachers, we are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals to place in fantastic roles ranging from all over South West and Worcestershire.  I am currently looking for experienced EYFS teaching assistants with level 3 qualifications,  who are wanting to expand on their knowledge and background, as well as providing general and specific support where necessary. The Role  At Long-Term Teachers we ask applicants who wish to work with EYFS pupils that are enthusiastic, caring, patient and bring a vibrant approach to the classroom.  It’s essential the candidate  is extremely knowledgeable when working with EYFS pupils, as well as encouraging the children to have: respect for both themselves and others; resilience to life's challenges; high self-esteem; and to live and work​​​​​ cooperatively with others. Requirements  Candidates with need to hold the following character attributes: NurturingLevel 3 EYFS KindPatientCreative CompassionateOrganised in the day-to-day activities Inspiring EnthusiasticQualified and confident The Client  Situated in a sweet and community based area,  the client of this specific role asks the values and ethos of the applicants must align with that of the schools.
