What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized tutoring in reading, literacy, and academic support
- Work with students with IEPs and learning disabilities
- Reinforce classroom instruction and help students meet academic goals
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to tailor learning strategies
- Track student progress and contribute to educational planning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with students with disabilities or in special education
- Strong background in literacy and reading instruction
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (education-related field preferred)
