Area Sales Manager – Benelux

Your Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and profit targets within your territory.
Maintain and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
Plan and conduct customer visits efficiently.
Advise customers on GCE products and conduct sales negotiations.
Manage order processing in close collaboration with internal teams.
Deliver presentations and represent GCE at trade shows and exhibitions.
Prepare offers, follow up on projects, and support budget planning.
Conduct market and competitor analyses and share insights with sales management.
Document all activities in the CRM system and participate in trainings and field meetings.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Several years in field sales, ideally in B2B technical products.
Skills: Strong customer relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial equipment or related technologies.
Languages: Local language + English + German
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver’s license required.
Soft Skills: Time management, initiative, empathy, self-confidence, and critical thinking.
Desirable:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in industrial gas control, welding, or related markets.
University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
