Your daily activities
- Supporting B2B partners via e-mail, phone, and chat
- Following a structured daily workflow and ensuring timely reporting of assigned tasks
- Organizing and prioritizing responsibilities with independence and accountability
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide effective solutions
- Using customer and partner feedback to suggest improvements in processes and services
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners across multiple channels
- Complete daily reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
- Contribute to partner satisfaction and smooth operations
- Keep accurate and well-structured records related to ongoing tasks
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking and ability to take initiative when needed
- Computer skills and the ability to use MS Office equipment
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring daily tasks with consistency
- Ability to work independently while accepting guidance when required
