Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage local, country, or multi-country sourcing projects and contract negotiations for IT services and SaaS.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to enhance software design and quality.
- Innovate with new ideas for products and processes.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party software developers and service suppliers.
- Develop and implement domestic and international sourcing strategies.
- Identify and manage IT sourcing initiatives through data analysis.
- Achieve strategic sourcing management goals.
- Mentor offsite contractors for professional growth.
- Execute strategic sourcing methodology, processes, and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and projects.
- Experience coding in a software development role.
- Experience managing and building offsite developer teams.
- Project management experience (certification preferred).
- Ability to manage projects with clear goals and successful delivery.
